I would like to extend my most heart-felt sympathy to the Selvin family. I did not know Maury, personally, but I know his sisters Joyce, Cecelia and Rochelle. I remember being young, 20 plus years ago, and my mom would take us to bbq’s at the Selvin’s house, and I remember going home thinking how “FINE” Maury was. When I recently seen Joyce in June of 2012 I asked her about him, and she informed me he was still “FINE”. What I do know about the the “Selvin Sisters” is that they are kind, loving, fun and very caring people, so I’m sure Maury possessed those same traits, as well. From what I’ve heard and read about Maury, he will live on in the laughter and hearts of all who knew and loved him.
