Mahisha Ann Bradford was born on July 21, 1979 at Kaiser Hospital in Los Angeles, California. She was the eldest daughter of Gregory Allen Bradford Sr. and Yvonne Florence-Bradford. Mahisha was baptized at an early age and attended Beth Eden Baptist Church in Oakland California.In her early years, Mahisha attended Shenandoah Elementary school in Los Angeles, California. The family later moved to Northern California where Mahisha attended La Escuelita Elementary School and Westlake Junior High in Oakland, California. Mahisha completed her High School education at Ceres High School in Ceres, California.From there, Mahisha earned her way into California State University Hayward in Hayward, California where she received her Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Health Science with a Minor in Marketing in 2003. With a desire to further her career, Mahisha obtained a Master’s of Science Degree in Health Care Administration in 2015.Mahisha met Amos Augusto Hodgson 3rd while at Hayward State in 1997. They immediately fell in love. They joined in holy matrimony on May 4th, 2002. From this union came two sons. Amos Augusto Hodgson 4th was born on March 16, 2005 and Aaron Alexander Hodgson was born on May 12, 2007. Their children are their life and passion. Mahisha instilled the motto “work hard – play hard” in her children as a principle that she also embodied in her life.Mahisha will always be known for her brilliant smile that could always lights up someone’s day, her extra-long hugs that always came at the right time, and her positive encouraging energy that could motivate men to move mountains.Mahisha leaves behind to honor her life and carry on her legacy: her Loving and devoted husband Amos Augusto Hodgson 3rd , sons: Amos Augusto Hodgson 4th and Aaron Alexander Hodgson, Loving mother and stepfather: Yvonne Florence-Bradford and Jack Barron, Mother and Father in Law: Elsie Loraine Hodgson and Amos Augusto Hodgson Jr., siblings: Gregory Allen Bradford Jr. and Tanya Marie Bradford, Brother & Sisters In Law: Patrick M. Hodgson Sr., Lida Christine Hodgson, and Tianna Lesa Hodgson, cousins: Bianca Z. Blades and Marcus Florence, niece Serinidy Yvonne Bradford and Grace Aliyah Hodgson, nephews: D’aveon Eric Mcmillian, Patrick M. Hodgson Jr., Donovan Gregory Hodgson, god children: Mikayla Franklin and Miarra Franklin, uncle Fred Florence, and a host of aunts and uncles: Tyrone Bradford, Jr. , Anita Walker Lopez, Reginald Bradford, Myron Bradford, Bridgette Bradford Shaw, Leondra Shaw, Leon Shaw, Jr. , Derrick Shawcousins, and friends.Mahisha was preceded in death by her Father Gregory Allen Bradford Sr, Grandmother Bernadine Bradford Shaw, Grandfather Tyrone Bradford, Sr., Grandfather Leon Shaw, Sr., Great Grand Mother Vivian Coleman, Great Grand Father Vance Coleman, Aunt Karen Florence-Blades, Uncle Wilbur Chatwell, and niece Camille Hodgson.
