At every birthday party, Aunt Karen made me feel less like a little kid and more grown up. She did this by always drinking a Capri sun with me. It made me feel like I wasnââ?¬â?¢t the only person that was still a kid at heart and had to have a Capri sun because they were awesome and delicious. I could relate to her in that way. She was cool, caring and loving in her own way and made everyone around her feel loved and cared for. I first met Karen at bingo. My brother Bob sat with Dorothy and Karen and in converstions discovered that Karen’s sister Kim was a 1977 graduate of Tennyson High School like me. I ran into Karen on a couple of occasions (CV street fair and Victoria’s Secret)and always enjoyed our conversations. Sorry for your loss Rippy and Havlicek Families.
