Cheryl Babcock
Joy was such a lovely human being. I never met her in person, but I talked to her online a few times. I volunteer for the rescue that she adopted Skippy from, and she reached out to let us know of her terminal illness and to find out what she had to do to return him to us so we could find him another loving home. Dogs have always been my best friends, and I can relate to anyone who loves their dog as much as Joy did. She was such a loving dog owner, and Skippy was so lucky to have been hers.
