Filomena Hualda Bernaldo's Obituary
Filomena Bernaldo, “Inang” to many in her family, passed away Friday morning on the 10th of September. A woman of prayer, she prayed for her family’s wellbeing often. A mother to eight children, she made sacrifices for their successes and exhibited a spirit of service that has rippled throughout her family tree. Her love and devotion never faltered and extended to her grandchildren and her great-grandchildren.
In her most recent years, as her great-grandchildren remember, she was usually seen in the backyards of either her grandson Luisito or her daughter Myrna, in her rocking chair or recliner, or on the couch watching gameshows. She took care of great-grandchildren with the same care she gave her children and her grandchildren. She was an esteemed matriarch through and through.
Paalam, Inang. Mahal na mahal namin kayo, Lola.
