Thank you Inang for giving us your unconditional love, care and patience. You and Tatang successfully raised us (8 children) with different personalities. Treating each and every one of us - your children, grandchildren and great grandchildren with special love and care.
Even the slightest wrinkle in our clothes does not escape eyes, Inang. For us it is a sign that you always wanted to keep everything in order not only for the things that we wear but also, on how we lead our daily lives.
I know since we were born up to your last day you never stop praying for us. We remember whenever we are going through a difficult situation, we always request for your guidance and prayers because we know how you pray to God Almighty. Please continue praying for us, you are now one of our angels.
One of the sweet moments we had with you during your last few weeks is when we were seating next to each other in the couch and singing “Ako ay may Lobo, Leron Leron Sinta and Bahay Kubo”. We took turns in singing every stanza and you still remember all the lyrics considering your age of 95. We just wished we had recorded it so we can play it over and over again whenever we miss you.
We are glad that we asked you to sing those songs as one of your breathing exercises because we saw how you enjoyed singing them. Later on, it became your favorite songs and eventually lullaby songs to make you sleep during your last few days.
We thank God for letting you to be home and spent your last few days in your own room surrounded by your children, your grandchildren and great grandchildren. Also, for letting us take care of you and tell you how much we love you.
Thank you Inang for all the love and the sacrifices you have done for us. You are irreplaceable and incomparable. You are our comfort second to our Creator. We will miss hugging, kissing and singing lullabies to you. Thank you for always praying for us. Mahal na mahal ka namin Inang. You will be forever in our hearts.
Much Love,
Myrna, Len and Tess
