For everything you have done for me, I am so grateful. You have helped me pay for my studies provided for our family, particularly while we were struggling financially, and supported me when I needed it.
I am beyond grateful for all the sacrifices you made and the love you showed us.
Uncle, I truly do not know how I could ever repay all this kindness and generosity you gave to us, especially now that you are not here. So much comfort and security were brought to our lives, and that void will never be filled by anyone else.

You took care of us, frequently giving us our allowance, buying food, and meeting our necessities; I will always remember that. You never forgot to bring us food or money whenever you returned home, and you always made sure we were well taken care of.

To My Brother in law Delfin,
You have been a pillar of strength and encouragement for the whole family; you weren't just a brother-in-law. You came forward to help during that disastrous lahar when we lost everything. You never asked for anything in return because you helped us out. Even while you were in Japan at that time, you made sure we had a place to live and included us in your family. At our lowest points, it was your unwavering support that kept us hopeful.

Every time you returned from America, you showered us with kindness, not only with considerate presents but also with financial support that eased our financial burdens. You were my oldest daughter's favorite godfather.

We shall always be grateful for your kind contributions to our lives. Delfin, thank you for your love, kindness, and sacrifices. We will always be appreciative of the legacy you are leaving us. Rest in peace, knowing how deeply you are loved and missed.

To Brother-in-Law Delfin, On this day, I want to express my gratitude for all that you have given to us, not as an in-law but as a true family member who loves and cares for us without condition. Each time you came back from the US You would bring food or some little special item for us. Beyond food, it was more about the feeling of being loved, thought about, and cared for. The memory of the way that you stepped up when the pandemic hit stands out in my mind. Life felt so uncertain and difficult: at a time when we could not even leave our homes—you were there. You provided for us: you bought food when we needed it most, as well as made sure that we had face masks and face shields to keep us safe. You even gave us money to ensure we could buy meals to get through those challenging days. During those times when we truly had nothing, you became our strength. You were there when no one else was, providing for our needs and lifting some of the burdens we carried. I will always remember how nice and generous you were. Even now, you won't be here with us, but be sure that I will be forever grateful. I am thankful to have had you as a brother-in-law. Your love, thoughtfulness, and care have inscribed their mark on my heart that will remain for eternity. Thank you for all that you did for us, for all the sacrifices you made, and for the love given without hesitation.
