He taught me typing lessons and coding lessons.
He taught me how to code in code.org and type fast in sense-lang.org in parkmont elementary school in Fremont. He gave the class lots of motivation, and his teachings and memories of him still stay with me dearly, and prove helpful to me in my 9th grade life.

I had this man as a teacher back when he still used to teach in Parkmont Elementary. he told me of his leg cancer and his company. he taught 2 generations of my family, my older sister, and me. He was an amazing man and teacher. comedic, smart, and kind. Me and my sister planned to reach out to him today. We checked his instagram account for his company DOHP. It hasn’t updated since 2020, snd now we know why. it really does pain me and my sister to find this out. He claimed he’d set aside 100 dollars each month to help my sister with college funds, “ill set aside 100 dollars each month to help you go to college, but you have to go to a good college, promise? otherwise the deal is off.” his exact words. We never contacted him afterwards and regret doing so. We wish we could meet him once more. May he rest in peace as he is now in a better place. we wish his family the best. And may he live on in peace up above. - Kevin

Mr. Galindo was one of the most amazing humans I've ever met in my life. I truly love him with all m heart for being a fantastic computer lab teacher. Rest in peace my teacher, my inspiration, and my friend. The students of Parkmont will forever remember you.
God bless you David! I coached this fabulous young man at Newark Memorial in football many years ago. His enthusiasm, intelligence, and infectious smile was brilliant. I later hired David as a first year teacher at Newark Junior High School where he excelled and gave 100% to the students day in and day out. A bright light in our world is now in Heaven with the angels. Blessings to his sister and wonderful mom, Grace! I was lucky to have know you David and I just wish we could have one more cup of coffee together...
