Calvin was the father of my first best friend as a little girl. Calvin was always the voice of reason when one of us misbehaved. I can only say anything on his character and what I observed as a neighbor. Calvin was fair, always kind, always asking about how others were doing. Nancy and I had been friends since we were 2 years old. When Nancy passed, I went to the hospital to find a broken man. Calvin, nonetheless maintained that kind heart and loving memory of Nancy. May you rest in the same peace you have given others when you were alive.
