My deepest sympathy to your family and to Steve. I am Reba Moorman. I facilitate the cancer support group at Kaiser Fremont and met you when you attended the group meeting with Ben. He filled out an information form that day, and to my embarrassment I did not get home with it and was unable to find an address to mail a note and information packet that I prepared to mail. I searched phone directories etc trying to find an address and to my sorrow could never send it. I am so sorry that I never got to talk with him again and failed to support him.
