Donna Robertson
Anthony Miranda was my step-father; however, he always introduced me as his daughter. His main focus in life after his retirement from the Marine Corp. was making my mother, Gilda, happy. He would go to any length to put a smile on her face. The hardest thing for him to accept after his stroke was that he could no longer take care of her. He suffered for that over the years, and eventually it had taken it’s toll. He fought until his last breath for her. Although the Marine Corp. was for him never ending; his love for my mom is everlasting.
