Uncle Alex, you did not call me by my name. You always lovingly called me “daughter.” God blessed me to have you as a 2nd father in my life. Your infectious smile and laughter will forever be in my parents’ and my hearts. Time with loved ones is precious, which is why I am grateful to God for the time I was given to spend with you, Auntie Estela, Quin, and Aurora not too long ago, when I was able to hug you and hear stories from you.
