I exchanged several emails with Ashlin, regarding my mother's program and I was anxious because I wasn't able to see the final program, until the day of Mama's service. “Sandy Nguyen provided my family and I with exceptional service when we needed help with the disinterment of father's ashes so he could be buried in the Philippines. Sandy was personable and professional in our in-person meetings, international conversations, and follow-up phone calls. During this process, we encountered a few challenges. Sandy was diligent, persistent, and responsive with the difficulties we experienced and assisted us with much patience, care, and compassion. “Alana Barragan was our Family Services Advisor for our fathers graveside burial services on 12/21/2024. From our first meeting with her to go over everything that would take place, to walking the cemetery to pick our parents plot, I could not be more appreciative of her patience, compassion and overall knowledge of the property. Our family's experience was top notch and friends and family actually thought she was my friend! She took excellent care of everything that I thought of and even didn't think of. With that, I am currently working with Alanna for pre-planning for our mother, and even myself and my husband. She's an amazing asset to Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park! For my family, this experience was no exception. In the midst of grief, navigating the logistics of a funeral service added a layer of complexity that seemed almost impossible to manage. But in our time of need, we were fortunate to have Sedi from the Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward by our side—someone whose professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail helped bring us much-needed peace during an incredibly challenging time.
