“I want to sincerely thank Funeral Director Mele Lasike and the entire team at Chapel of the Chimes Hayward for their outstanding care and service during a difficult time. Mele and the staff tackled the task of getting my father to our venue in the Peninsula not only on time but early, which is so true to his style! From start to finish, she and the staff were gracious, professional, patient, and accommodating with all of our requests. Their kindness and attention to detail helped make everything go smoothly and gave our family peace of mind. I especially appreciate the follow-up after services were done and communication throughout the process. It was clear that everyone genuinely cared about making sure our needs were met. A special thank you as well to Milash (I apologize if I've misspelled the name), who was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful while assisting first timers in last rites of dressing our loved one. This experience was completely different from our previous one, and in the best possible way.
