Staff here are very compassionate, professional and very humble Makiah, Nisha, Jeff Orozco and Joshua were awesome to deal with. Very accommodating and understanding. Pricing was fair, one just have to read the contract to fairly understand all the additional charges involved.

I am completely impressed with the Admin Finance personnel Stephanie. She helped me with my payment plan, answered all my questions and even went out her way to print everything for me to make sure I have a copy of everything. What an outstanding employee to have. 10 stars if only!

“We had my Dad's funeral service at CCH. Everyone there was all class. Here are the namss of those that helped us along the way. Rosie/Micheal/Jerry and I am sure there were more who helped in their way. Everyone was compassionate/understanding /concerned and professional. Paperwork went smooth and they took great care of my Dad. We had my Dad cremated so everything relating that process went smoothly. Thank you All for your kindness during this hard time in our lives. Stay Blessed”

“I attended a service held at the Mission Chapel on March 12th & 13th, 2026, located within the Chapel of the Chimes Cemetary in Hayward. Makiah Nowlin kept the service moving in a very professional way, without rushing anyone. He set things up in the entry of the Chapel very nicely, and welcoming. (Ie; Sign-in book, prayer cards, memorial hand outs, etc) Refreshments for after the service were set up in the back of the Chapel, along with round covered tables, presenting am elegant appearance for guests to visit. Overall, I was impressed both days. In addition, he extended his nurturing attention over at Lone Tree Cemetery and handed all guests a rose. He's the one you want for your service needs! ”

“Jeff Oroszco Sr did a great job preparing my father for presentation so I could have my time to say goodbye. He was so kind and even shared with me a personal story that his brother played little league with my father and his brother when they were young. My dad took much pride in his younger years of playing baseball. This really made my last visit with him more special. It would be my father who would have someone recognize him even in his death.”
