Yuet Sin Chan Lee 's Obituary
Yuet Sin Chan Lee (李陳月仙), born in China on April 3, 1934 passed away peacefully on November 30th at age 84. She was surrounded by her family. Yuet Sin Lee was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.Yuet Sin took English classes at Bella Vista Elementary School in Oakland. She worked for almost 30 years as a seamstress. She retired in 1999.Yuet Sin married Gim Hong on October 24, 1955. A year later son Raymond was born in 1956 followed by son Wellman born in 1958.After Gim Hong’s retirement in 1993, the two traveled to Shanghai, Beijing, Guilin, Guangzhou, HongZhou, SuZhou and Hong Kong. Honolulu, Hawaii, Reno, Lake Tahoe, Vancouver, Canada. They had a great time travelling the world.Yuet Sin was a very selfless, kind and caring person. She did not have a negative word to say about anyone. She would give you the shirt off her back if it would help. On the difficult last few days of her life, she worried about everybody else except herself. We are grateful for her unconditional love and we will miss her dearly.Yuet Sin is survived by her two sons; Raymond and Wellman, Daughters in law; Elizabeth and Janet. Grand-daughters; Michelle, Christina, Shannon, and Marissa.
