YOSHIE HOSHI PLOTT's Obituary
Yoshie Hoshi Plott passed away on November 2, 2002. She was born on September 16, 1935 in Japan. She is survived by her daughter Barbara, son-in-law Jim; her son, Frank, daughter-in-law Ella, and grandson Steven; her daughter Teresa; her daughter Maggie, son-in-law Jim, grandsons Rich and Dave; and son Mark.She is also survived by her stepson Patrick and his wife Millie; and her stepson Michael and his wife Elita. She is survived by her sister Miyoko and brother-in-law Leslie, and other relatives residing in Japan. She was predeceased by her husband Charles.She was a free spirit who liked to travel, enjoy children, animals, and nature. Her leisure activities included swimming, running, gardening, knitting and crocheting, cooking, and playing the piano.She deeply cared for those less fortunate than herself and would try to help in any way that she could. She actively participated in helping her community.She is greatly loved and will be missed.A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2002 at 1:00pm at Chapel of the Chimes, 4499 Piedmont Ave. Oakland.
