Yishan Lin a Union City, Califronia resident entered into rest Sunday, June 16, 2002 in Fremont, CA. Born in Taiwan on December 10, 1937, he was 64 years of age. He was a pastor for 14 years of Stillwaters Christian Church of Fremont. Prior he pastured at Home of Christ Church of Fremont for 2 ? years and of Hilltop Gospel Church of Richmond for 3 ? years. Prior to becoming a pastor Yishan was a Microbiologist for 18 years at Siebel Son's and Company in Chicago, IL. He loved all music. He enjoyed playing the piano and he was passionate about operas and especially about saving souls, he loved his flock.Dearly beloved husband of Carmen Lin for 36 years. Loving father of Angela and Albert Yee of Union City, Leslie Liu and Ling Yi of Cambridge, MA and Corrie Lin and her fianc?e Steve Haffly of Davis, CA. Dear brother of Jing Lien Lin and Chao Chao Lin of Taiwan. Devoted grandfather of Daniel and Megan Yee of Union City and Ethan, Marisa and Jonathan Liu of Cambridge, MA.Visitation will be held Friday, June 28, 2002 from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward. Friends are welcome to attend a Funeral service Saturday, June 29, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. at Home of Christ Church; 4248 Solar Way, Fremont, CA 94538.
