It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Yi Yong No, 78, resident of Oakland, CA. Yi Yong was born on July 11, 1945 in South Korea to Byung Hak No, and Yoo Soon Kim. He passed away on November 16, 2023 at home in Oakland, CA.
Yi Yong is survived by his loving wife, Hye Sook No, and his children, Cindy Estill No and Charles No. We ask that you please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers during this time.
