Xuehua Chen's Obituary
It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Xuehua Chen, resident of Castro Valley, CA. Xuehua was born in China on August 24, 1971. She passed away on January 17, 2024 in California at the age of 52. She is survived by her husband Huiquan Lao. We ask that you please keep his family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
