It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Mr. Wu Qiang Peng. Mr. Peng was born on March 16, 1939 in Malaysia and passed on June 19, 2022 in Oakland, California at the age of 832. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home and Memorial Park in Hayward, California.
