Wilma “Elaine” Thomas Nov. 11, 1949 – March 10, 2016Wilma “Elaine” Thomas, 66 , Lost her courageous battle with cancer on March 10, 2016. She was born and raised in Hayward, Ca. where she spent her entire life. Wilma worked at the Department of Motor Vehicles for thirty eight years. In her retirement she enjoyed traveling, bingo, and all things Disney. At her request no services will be held. She will be laid to rest at Chapel of the Chimes Cemetery located at 32992 Mission Blvd ,Hayward, CA 94544. In lieu of flowers please donate to your favorite charity in her name.
