Willie T. Sutton a Stockton, California resident entered into rest Wednesday, March 13, 2002 in Palo Alto, California. Born in Lenor, North Carolina on April 22, 1945, he was 56 years of age. Willie retired from A-C Transit as a Bus Operator after 16 years. He served in the U.S. Navy. He coached Treeview Little League in Hayward for many years. He was one of the persons who arranged to have a snack bar built at the baseball diamond. He loved to fish and garden.Dearly beloved husband of Virginia E. Sutton. Loving father of Marie and Donald Johnson of Vacaville, California, Lashawn and Lavalle Lee of Hayward, California and Willie T. Sutton, Jr. of Stockton, California. Dear brother of Ada and Wilbert Uzzel of Lagrange, North Carolina, Jimmy and Lola Sutton of Oakland, California, Ervin and Jean Sutton of Virginia, and Noble and Gail Sutton of Maryland. Devoted grandmother of four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
