WILLIAM J. WELSH's Obituary
Jim Welsh passed peacfully on March 2nd. In addition to his siblings David, Tim, Julie and Kevin he is survived by his loving wife Raquel as well as a large extended family in the Phillipines. Friends are welcome to remember him at a service on March 16th at Transfiguration church in Castro Valley.
