Warren Burd's Obituary
BURD Warren M. Burd Formally of Seaford, N.Y. andSmithtown, N.Y. September 14, 1932-June 18, 2006Warren practiced law for over 30 years until his retirement at which time he and his wife relocated toCastro Valley, CA , to be close to their daughter and her family. He was loved and respected by all who came into contact with him and will be dearly missed. Warren is survived in life by his wife of 54 years, Marilyn Burd; his daughter, Laury Burd-Mainini; son-in-law, Michael (Mick) Mainini; grandchildren, Jared Alexander Manini and Julia Ashley Mainini of Castro Valley, CA; his son, Bradley Burd; daughter-in-law, Wilma Cruz-Burd; grandchildren, Brandon Jacob Burd and Jeremy Michael Burd, and step-grandchildren, Jacqueline Cruz, and Carlos Cruz of Bay Shore, N.Y. sisters, Sylvia Garrera, Beatrice Greenstein; and brother-in-law, Harry Greenstein, many nieces, nephews, relatives, as well as many business associates and friends. Family and friends are invited to the CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES MEMORIAL PARK AND FUNERAL HOME, 32292 Mission Blvd. Hayward, CA, to attend the visitation TODAY, Tuesday, June 20, 5:30-8:30 PM, and Wednesday, 4:30-8:30 PM. Funeral Service, Thursday, 1:30 PM with burial to follow. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to The Michael B.
