Vivian Zeng was born in Fuji PR China on October 25, 1965 to ChangCheng Zeng and Weihua Ning of Fujian PR China. She quietly slipped away from her earthly bonds and gently entered into eternal rest. She will be forever loved and missed by her devoted family and friends.
