Vivencio Torregosa Gonzaga's Obituary
Vivencio Gonzaga, husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend received his set of angel wings on September 26th, 2021 at the age of 70 near his home in Union City, California.
Vivencio is survived by his wife Araceli Gonzaga, his children Jessie and Maryanne Gonzaga and his granddaughter Kaelani Gonzaga. He is also survived by his three brothers, three sisters and all his nieces and nephews.
Vivencio was born in the Philippines on May 3rd 1951 to Jose and Felomina Gonzaga. He graduated college in the Philippines and moved to the United States in July of 1973, where he served for the United States Army and worked for the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) for over 35 years. On May 17th 197X he married the love of his life Araceli, a Registered Nurse from Balilihan Philippines. After establishing themselves and starting their life together, he welcomed 3 beautiful children.
Vivencio was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. He was an avid karaoke singer, dancer, Bee Gees and Elvis enthusiast. In recent years, he enjoyed traveling the world with his beloved wife Araceli and often did projects at home and worked on his pond. Vivencio was a free spirit, supported his local church and helped build a church in his hometown in the Philippines. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.
