Vishal Bokka Reddy's Obituary
Vishal passed away on November 6, 2015 at San Francisco General Hospital after sustaining severe head trauma when hit by a car while jogging.Vishal was born in Morristown, NJ, went to high school at Newark Academy, graduated from Brown University, and trained in software development at Hack Reactor in San Francisco. He was in California working on the tech company he co-founded when his life was tragically cut short.He was a software engineer, a neuroscientist, a linguist who spoke four languages, a flautist and a humanist. He was a cross-fit and health enthusiast, an ultimate “foodie,” and an experience junkie who traveled to over 30 countries, bungee jumped, snorkeled, hiked and thought skydiving was too tame. Vishal always left his family and friends feeling like they were special and important, which was one of his greatest gifts.He is survived by his mother, Pratibha, his father, Ravi, his older brother, Naveen, and his three grandparents, in addition to a countless number of loving family members and friends.
