Virginia Muriel Pannett Resident of Fremont 26 Dec 1933 – 9 Apr 2014Virginia Muriel Pannett passed away on Tuesday after a valiant struggle from a stroke.Virginia was born in Ryan, Oklahoma. the 5th of 12 children to Joseph C. and Willie Marie (Miller) Carter.She is survived by her children: Daughters’; Virginia (Bob) Sears, Albany, OR, and Donna Keswick, Tehachapi, CA,. Sons; Leroy and Joseph Brammer, Bakersfield, Michael and Thomas, of the home. Brothers Joe (Maureen) Carter, Olympia, WA, Randy Carter, Fresno, CA, Sister’s Louise (Jeff) Bensalem, PA, and Joanne (Victor) Torres, Fresno, CA. 30 grandchildren and 51 great grandchildren.She is preceded in death by husband Leroy Brammer and Robert m. Pannett, and her daughter Barbara Chandler. one grandchild, and three great grandchildren.Mom, you taught all of us children and grand children alike, so much; showing Love, Compassion, and understanding. You were always there to help in anyway you could. We will miss your smile and laughter. AlwaysServices will be held Saturday 12 April from 12 to 2 p.m., at Harbor Light Church, Fremont, CA.
