Virgilio “Ver” Lucas Dela Cruz, born Thursday March 22nd, 1945 in the Philippines; Entered into Rest on Friday September 6th, 2013 in Hayward, California. Age 68 years.Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 17, 2013, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a Vigil Service at 7:00 pm, at Chapel of the Chimes Reflection Chapel, 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA 94544. A Reception was held in the Memories Room, after the Vigil Service.A brief Viewing was held, followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM, on Wednesday September 18, 2013, at St. Anne’s Catholic Church, 32223 Cabello Street, Union City, CA 94587.Burial and a graveside Committal Service followed the Mass, with a procession from St. Anne’s to Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park in Hayward, California.
