Victor Nicholas Berganciano's Obituary
It is with deep, and heavy sadness that we announce the death of our father Victor Nicholas Berganciano who passed away on April 6th, at his home in Lakeport County. Victor was born in Oakland, California in 1940, he lived in the Jingletown-Fruitvale area through his teen age life, working at Gerber helping to support his mother, brother, aunt, and grandmother. He then met the love of his life and married Patricia Diane in 1960. Young and newly married they moved to Hayward and then moved to Newark to work at General Motors where they would raise their five children up until Patricia’s death in 1981. He then remarried Betty and moved to Kelseyville and the Clearlake area, where he was able to rebuild a new life and spend his remaining years enjoying family, friends, Clearlake and the outdoors, fresh air, blue skies, and his beloved dog Princess up until his last days with us.He is survived by his children, Laura, Pamela, Victoria, Katherine, James, his step sons Ronnie, Jeff, Dennis, and Bernie, his son in laws Robert, Walter, Victor, and Simon, his daughter in law Nancy, his brother Vernon, his eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren. A service will be held on Friday April 15th at 1 o’clock p.m. at the Chapel of the Chimes. The family asks that any donations being made on their fathers behalf go toward a favorite charity, or to support any animal shelter or charity rescue service in need of support.
