Vicente "Vic" Noriega's Obituary
Vicente “Vic” Noriega May 22, 1925-Feb. 22, 2010 Resident of Fremont Beloved husband of Evelyn Noriega, loving father to Theresa and Gary Lum, Rene and Tracie Noriega, Danny and Cleo Noriega, he was a devoted grandfather to Bobby, Talissa, Nathalie, Taryn, Ryan, Mia, Julianne, and Katherine. Vic was born in Santo Tomas, Pampanga, Philippines and graduated from Far Eastern University with a major in Accounting. Vic retired from First Nationwide Bank in 1991. He enjoyed eating at his favorite local spots and being surrounded by his grandchildren, family, and friends. Vic was an active parishioner of St. James Parish in Fremont. He loved keeping up with current events and watching his grandchildren play basketball and dance. Friends and family are invited to a viewing on Saturday, February 27th from 5:30-8:30 pm and a vigil service on Sunday, February 28th at 4:30 pm at the Chapel of the Chimes on Mission Blvd. in Hayward. A funeral mass will be held on Monday, March 1st at 9:30am at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church, 34700 Fremont Blvd, Fremont. Chapel of the Chimes 510-471-3363
