Venancio B. Diel was born in EB Magalona, Negros Occidental, Phillipines.Venancio “Benny” Diel, 69, died Friday August 19, 2016 at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in San Leandro following his battle with cancer.He leaves his wife of 39 years, Imelda Diel; his children Elaine Diel and Christopher Diel; his sisters Merle Molina and Celia Wells; his brothers Junie Diel and Hermo Diel; many nieces and nephews and many close family and friends around the world as well as his faithful dogs Oreo and Pedro.Benny was a compassionate man. He cared for the well being of the others before himself. He helped his nieces and nephews in the Philippines who had very little by sending tuition money, clothes and supplies back home.Benny was a loving husband to his wife Imelda. Their marriage really defined the term “for better or for worse.” They filled their love with laughter, happiness and joy. Their love for each other was unconditional.He will be missed by all his family and loved ones.
