Val T. Chinn's Obituary
Val T. Chinn, age 63, passed peacefully in her home on Wednesday October 23, 2019. Born in Oakland Ca. to Harry and Eleanor on July 9, 1956, Val grew to become the kindest and most selfless of human beings to walk this earth, always putting the desires of others ahead of her own.In her lifetime Val had variety of career endeavors, always describing her works in a fashion that made it clear she loved what she did because of how it impacted the lives others. Her personal joy came as a volunteer. She was an advocate for those in need, two legged or four. Val dedicated her time to AC Transit as a voice for senior services and to her first love, the local animal shelter, where for years she made daily visits to feed and socialize the sweet little bunnies. She is survived by her younger sister Jana Jacobson.For all those whose lives were touched by Val, family and friends alike, a memorial will be held Dec 12, 2019 at 10am, Chapel of the Chimes – Reflections Chapel – 32992 Mission Blvd. Hayward Ca.
