It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Tulianna Leni Lelea-Seiuli. Tulianna was born on December 28, 1977 in California and passed on November 20, 2021 in Castro Valley, California at the age of 43. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park and Funeral home in Hayward, California prior to cremation at Chapel of the Chimes.
