Theresa "Nana" Stella Martinez's Obituary
Theresa “Nana” Stella Martinez, 89, of Union City, California, passed away on November 17th, 2019. She was born in Southern California on March 9th, 1930. She was married to Jose S. Martinez on September 5th, 1949. Jose and Theresa owned and operated ‘Martinez Rattan Manufacturing’ for 45 years together. A devout Catholic, she loved to bake, was a seamstress and enjoyed playing the slots. She was a devoted mother, Nana and Great-Nana. Theresa is survived by her children: Jose C. Martinez, Edward Martinez, Stephen Martinez, Raymond Martinez, and Monica Martinez, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at Chapel of the Chimes, Hayward, on Tuesday, December 3rd, 2019 at 11am. Arrangements entrusted to Chapel of the Chimes, Hayward.
