It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Thanh Thi Pham, 96. Ms.Pham was born on January 10, 1926 in Vietnam and passed away on November 15,2022 in Palo Alto , CA. Ms. Pham quietly slipped away from her earthly bonds and gently entered into eternal rest. She will be forever loved and missed by she devoted family and friends. Please keep family in your prayers.
