Thang Quyet Ngo, born on December 14, 1966 in Saigon, Vietnam, peacefully departed from this world on April 12, 2024. He was the beloved son of Thuc Thi Nguyen and Tau Ngo. Thang is survived by his loving spouse, Carrol, and their two children, Nicholas and Jasmine Ngo, along with a host of extended family, including but not limited to his father, mother-in-law, brothers, sisters, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, nephews, and nieces.
Thang spent his entire childhood years in Oakland, California and graduated from Castlemont High School. Following graduation, Thang had a passion for engineering and pursued a career in that field. His education extends into trade school, where he learned the essential skills to be an engineer. He was able to fix anything around the house and keep his family comfortable. His dedication and expertise led him to serve with recognition at Alameda Health System for 22 impressive years.
Beyond his professional achievements, Thang was a devoted family man and an amazing friend. He found joy in spending time with his loved ones, whether it was casting lines into the serene waters on fishing trips with his son or creating lasting memories, smiling with his wife and kids at Universal Studios and Disneyland. He never missed a gathering at his mom's and would not hesitate to help a friend in need.
Thang will be remembered for his unwavering love, steadfast commitment to his family and friends, and zest for life. Though he may have left this world, his spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to have known him.
