Terry Ann Perkins a Stockton resident entered into rest Thursday, February 21, 2002 in Stockton. Born in Chula Vista, CA on June 30, 1955, she was 46 years of age. She was a homemaker for 23 years. She ministered to children. Her grandchildren were her life. She and her husband had a Child Care Business and a Foster Care Business for newborns and children born to drug abused parents.Dearly beloved wife of Jeffrey L. Perkins, loving mother of Tara Lopez of Stockton, CA, Della Echevarria of Stockton, CA, Christa Perkins of Stockton, CA, Stacey Perkins of Hayward, CA and Jeff Perkins, Jr. of Hayward, CA. Dear sister of Paula Queen of Newark, CA, Randy Moore, Jr. of Patterson, CA, Jim Capley of Fremont, CA, and Ed Capley of Tracy, CA. Devoted grandmother of six grandchildren.Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 26, 2002 from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward.
