It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Tak Fong Chan, 100, resident of San Leandro CA. Tak Fong was born on Janurary 14, 1923 in China to Yee Yuk Yung and Chor Sheng Lo. She passed away on April 15, 2023 in California. We ask that you please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
