Sylvia May Prasad's Obituary
Sylvia May Prasad a Hayward resident of the past 25 years passed away peacefully early Saturday afternoon on July 16th in her home at the age of 71. Born on March 1, 1945 in Doncaster, England. Daughter of Doris Long and Roy Legg. She is survived by her loving husband of 54 years Ramesh, five Children, Beverly, Shayma, Rosie, Lorraine and Vincent; Eight grandchildren, Lita, Brien, Thomas, Christina, Briena, Erica, Kaylie and Karina, also three great grandchildren Anthony, Kaitlyn, and Brittany. She was a loving wife, the Best mom and wonderful grandmother to all her grandkids. She touched so many lives with her lovely outgoing spirit and her heart of gold. She will be remembered for caring and giving to all those that she knew. She will be deeply missed by all but forever in our hearts. She enjoyed sewing, making crafts and blankets, listening to Irish music, going to the Marina, being part of the community as a treasurer for the PTA, Girl Scout troop leader and part-time teachers aid at San Lorenzo Manor School. She loved cheering on the Raiders and Dodgers, but most of all enjoying time with her family and friends.
