Visitation is planned for Monday, September 30, 2013 from 5:00P.M.-9:00P.M. at Chapel of the Chimes Reflection Chapel, Hayward. Funeral Services are planned for Tuesday, October 1, 2013 at 1:00P.M. at Chapel of the Chimes Reflection Chapel followed by a 2:30P.M. Interment Service at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, 26320 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA 94544. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that remembrances be made to the Salvation Army.
