Socorro Ayson Santos February 24, 1929 – December 9, 2016 Beloved Daughter of Severa Fermil and Brigido Ayson Sr. Beloved wife of Ventura O. Santos (1928 – 2013). Beloved mother of John A. Bennet Santos, Gerardo A. Santos, Octavio A. Santos (1960 – 2015), Amor Linda Santos Bravo, Jenny Santos Ramat, Victoria Santos Acosta, Carlos A. Santos. Born in Umingan Pangasinan Philippines, Socorro lived a full life, a loving mother to her children, grand children, and great grand children. She retired as a grade school teacher for more than 30 years in Umingan Philippines. Along with her Husband Ventura O. Santos and three minor children embarked on a journey to the United States of America in 1988. Where she became a resident of San Lorenzo California. Socorro continued her love of working with children and went on to work at the Alameda Unified School District in California USA. A viewing service will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2016, at 5:00 pm-9:00 pm followed by funeral service on Wednesday, December 21, 2016, at 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm at the Chapel of Chimes, 32992 Mission Blvd Hayward CA 94544.
