Simon Cabrera's Obituary
Simon Cabreara passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2006, at the age of 81 in Hayward, California. Simon was Born in Dagupan City, Philippines, September 28, 1924. He was a resident of Hayward for 42 years. Simon retired from the U.S. Navy after serving for 20 years.He was a member of the Dagupenian Association of the Bay Area. Simon is servived by his wife of 53 years, Toshiko Ando Cabrera. He is also servived by his daughter Maria & (Brigido) Ambeguia of Hayward, his son Max Ando & (Catherine Ann)Cabrera of Modesto and son, Domingo Ando, died in 1993 & (Arlene Sanchez)Cabrera, along with his one brother, Carlos Esteves of Hayward. Simon leaves seven Grandchildren, Stacee, Mikeal , & Simon Cabrera of Modesto, Domingo Jr., & Joseph Cabrera of Fremont , Nicholas & Andriana Ambeguia of Hayward. A Visitation Service will be held Tuesday, May 30, 2006, 4:30 ' 8:30 p.m., at Chapel of the Chimes, Hayward, in Reflection Chapel with a Rosary at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Service will be Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Bede's Church, 26950 Patrick Ave., Hayward, with burial at Holy sepulcher Catholic Cemetery in Hayward.
