Shui Yin Tsang, 104, of Fremont CA, passed away November 16, 2018.She was born in Guangdong, China, on October 1,1914. Tsang Shui Yin graduated from elementary.She was married to Lo Kai Wah on November 29, 1934. Ms Tsang worked as a homemaker.She had a passion for Mahjong tile game.She was survived by her children Sonia Lo, Frank Lo, David Lo, grandchildren, Nury, Sonia, Luisa, Roxana, Flor, Jose, Michelle, Elaine, Michael, Benjamin, Belinda, Rachel, and Patrick. Funeral arrangements will be held at 10:00 am – 12:00 pm, November 24, 2018 at Chapel of the Chimes Hayward.
