Sharon K Pressey (1943-2022)
It is with great sadness that we announce that our beloved mother passed away peacefully at home on January 23, 2022, just shy of her 79th birthday. She will be dearly missed by her two daughters, Nicole Luttrell and Dionne Meister. Sharon leaves behind her grandson Zane Luttrell and long-time close friend and companion Steve Miller, as well as her sons-in-law Donald Luttrell and Jan Meister. Sharon is survived by her brother Ronald Wegner and his family, Ferol Wegner (wife) and Marc and Joshua Wegner (sons).
Sharon was born and raised in Chicago Ill. In 1974 she moved to Tucson, AZ to raise her family and later resided in Northern CA for the past 35 years. She loved California and thoroughly enjoyed her job as a tax accountant. She accomplished many things during her life and the one she was most proud of was earning her bachelor’s degree before she retired.
Her kind heart was offered to everyone she met and her love for her family will be greatly missed.
Sharon’s final resting place will be at Concordia Cemetery, in Forest Park, Ill. buried with her mother Bernice Wegner and Father Arthur Wegner in a private family ceremony.
