Savy Chan, 55, of Oakland CA, passed away March 9, 2019 at 7:05 am.She was born in the village Koh Pen, Kampong Cham Cambodia, on October 5, 1963.Savy Chan worked as a seamstress for Made to fit.Savy Chan had the biggest heart and took in her sister’s kids. She was a really great cook and loved her grand kids very much.She is survived by her Children, Daro Touch, Mary Touch-Ella, Janie Chan, and Kevin Chan, Grandchildren: Jaylen Som, Alvin Savahh Ella, Malia Ella, Stella Stanley, Grace Stanley, Malena Ella and Grayson Little, Sisters: Tey Chan and Pisey Pen.Funeral arrangements will be held from 10 am – 2 pm, March 24, 2019 at Chapel of the Chimes – Hayward (Reflection Chapel)
