With great sadness, we announce the passing of Sandra Lee Nielsen. She was born on November 21, 1950 in California and passed on August 23, 2021 in Castro Valley, California. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward, California. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
