It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Sammy Arcilla Manese. Sammy was born on March 29, 1933 in the Philippines and passed on March 7, 2022 at home in Suisun City, California at the age of 88. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park and Funeral home in Hayward, California prior to burial at Chapel of the Chimes.
