Sadie L. Carvalho a San Leandro, California resident entered into rest Saturday, January 5, 2002 in San Leandro. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii on May 19, 1912, she was 89 years of age. Loving mother of Donna Courtney of Alameda and Jackie Carvalho of Tracy, CA. Dear sister of Elsie Braun of Honolulu, HI. Devoted grandmother of five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Her husband of 60 years, Jack Carvalho preceded her in death. Her sister Berniece Correa and 3 brothers Frank, George and Sylvester Lemes all preceded her in death.Visitation will be held Monday, January 14, 2002 from 5:00-8:30 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward. Friends are welcome to attend a Funeral service Tuesday, January 15, 2002 at 12:00 p.m. in the Reflection Chapel at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home.'Service of Marked Distinction'
