Ruth Corsen a San Leandro resident entered into rest Wednesday, September 5, 2001 in San Leandro. Born in Oakland on January 15, 1919, she was 82 years of age. Ruth was a homemaker for 41 years and she loved to garden. Dear sister of Mildred Lane of San Leandro, Bernice Bowman of San Leandro and Eunice Sauer of Sacramento. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, Leland S. Corsen, her parents Ethel Mae and Paul Arnold Rook and her brother John Rook. Services were held privately by family at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park and Funeral Home."Service of Marked Distinction"
